Mircea Popescu is a pathologic liar, a thief and a fake. He’s tried to bribe Romanian bloggers into writing complimentary articles about him, he made some false statements, claiming he bribed politicians and all kind of PR stunts and, after two years, he claimed he was the number one blogger.
