Some of the people I know had misfortunes in the last couple of years: divorce, bankruptcy, company shrinkage, other disappointments. Others  were just fed up with trying to stay in a corrupt and mediocre industry. They choose the safe ground of a job i can’t blame them. I can, whoever, judge what company they decided it was best for them. When someone chooses a company that represents all that is wrong with the industry he was so disgusted with, he signals he is desperate and he gave up the fight for good in exchange for money. He doesn’t want to save face. The problem appears when he continues to feel disappointed about the industry, now being part of the problem.
