A few months ago i noticed Vimeo is not working too good in Romania, especially with HD videos. Upon further investigation, it seemed it’s not an isolated problem. Vimeo has discovered East Europeans watch a lot of videos and decided to cut them off. I can upload with almost half a meg, but i can download/watch with 50k.
