Our good friend Vivi is looking for ideas and recently i found a good one. Every clothing and perfume brand has an online store with a database a consumer can check for fake products. But every brand has it’s own online site and not everybody can go with a laptop and mobile internet shopping.
So here is the idea: a smartphone app that reunites all the brands. You open your smartphone, insert the verification number and see if the product is fake or not.
This might be a problem in Romania, but I’ve never seen this as a problem in the US. I don’t know anybody that checks for the authenticity of brand products.
it’s a problem in eastern europe, mostly. think about it, you want to buy a luxury product, u probably have an iphone and are willing to spend 2$ on an app 🙂
Build it. You can probably outsource it for not that much since it would be a very very simple app.
